Service Areas
Service areas define where your team is allowed to operate. When dispatch assigns work, Hikyaku checks whether addresses fall inside one of your configured zones.
Setting these zones correctly helps you:
- Keep drivers within their coverage area
- Prevent out-of-area assignments
- Scale operations with clear geographic boundaries
